  • 6 fl. oz. orange juice
  • 1/2 large carrot
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup frozen berries

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients in order listed to WildSide+ or FourSide jar and secure lid.
  2. Blend on "Smoothie" cycle or on a Medium speed for 50-60 seconds.

    Wow, All I was actually hoping for was a Vegan of recipe, i wasn’t expecting those comments. Im very sorry if I offended anyone. Blendtec DOES offer some great Vegan recipes, I thought this was where I could get some more. I am very sorry for asking. As far as modifying a recipe, i apologize that I am just learning. I truly meant no harm.

    You can use soy or coconut yogurt if you’d like the thickness and probiotic benefit. Otherwise, omit the yogurt or add in dairy-free milk :) PS, if you have a difficult time modifying recipes, you may find a vegan lifestyle challenging.
