Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. kosher or sea salt
- 1.67 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add first 4 ingredients to jar and secure lid.
- Blend on Speed 1 (Low) for 15 seconds.
- Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and 1 cup oats to jar and secure lid.
- Blend on Speed 1 (Low) for 10-15 seconds.
- Using a Spoonula or rubber scraper, fold in remaining oats, cranberries and chocolate chips.
- Spoon tablespoon size balls onto parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350°F.
