Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 8 fl. oz. eggnog
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 loaf Texas toast

Instructions

  1. Add eggs, egg nog, and nutmeg to FourSide or WildSide+ jar and secure lid. Press "Pulse" 5-7 times.
  2. Pour egg mixture into pie plate. Grease griddle or other pan.
  3. Dip one slice of Texas toast into egg mixture, and then flip slice to coat other side.
  4. Place slice on griddle over medium- to medium-high heat, and cook approximately 3 minutes or until underside is golden brown.
  5. Flip and cook approximately 1 minute. Repeat with remaining bread slices.
  6. Keep warm in oven at 200°F, loosely wrapped in foil, or serve immediately.
