Eggnog French Toast Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 8 fl. oz. eggnog
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 loaf Texas toast

Instructions
- Add eggs, egg nog, and nutmeg to FourSide or WildSide+ jar and secure lid. Press "Pulse" 5-7 times.
- Pour egg mixture into pie plate. Grease griddle or other pan.
- Dip one slice of Texas toast into egg mixture, and then flip slice to coat other side.
- Place slice on griddle over medium- to medium-high heat, and cook approximately 3 minutes or until underside is golden brown.
- Flip and cook approximately 1 minute. Repeat with remaining bread slices.
- Keep warm in oven at 200°F, loosely wrapped in foil, or serve immediately.
