- 3 medium carrots trimmed, peeled & cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp. walnuts chopped
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
