    Hi
If you haven’t tried “Bulletprooff” coffee you are missing out on healthy and delicious coffee.
    1. Make your favorite hot cup of coffee.
    2. Add 1 Tablespoon of Grass fed unsalted butter (like Kerrygold). This is a healthy saturated fat.
    3. Add 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil- good for you.
    4. Blend till frothy (5-8 sec.).- Your Welcome

    Hi Jen,
You can always use water as your liquid base, and there is not formula for replacing ice cubes with frozen fruit, you can usually just leave the ice out if there’s frozen fruit already in the smoothie. I don’t really have any suggestions for moving away from the green base smoothies, except that I use spinach, not a lot, because the taste is mild, and you usually can’t taste it with the fruit in the smoothie.

Hello, saw someone was asking about adding spinach every day, my doctor and nutritionist have advised NOT to use the same green every day, you can get toxic levels of phytochemicals by doing so – they recommend switching greens every 2-3 days for this reason, kale, swiss chard, beet greens, cucumber, leaf lettuce, spinach (of course) dandelion, even sprouts, wheat grass!
