#1 Chocolate Almond Butter Greek Yogurt Dip

This fruit dip recipe is packed with healthy protein and delicious chocolatey flavor. And because it has just three simple ingredients, you can blend it up in no time with your Blendtec Blender! This fruit dip recipe comes to us from WonderHowTo.com Food Hacks.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 oz. vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. almond butter2–6 tbsp. chocolate chips (more if you want a more chocolatey dip)
  • Fresh chopped and whole fruit pieces for dipping

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave for about 15 seconds at a time until the chocolate is melted. Stir to combine.
  2. Add the yogurt, almond butter, and melted chocolate chips to your Blendtec blender. Blend until well-combined.
  3. Serve with your favorite fruits, and enjoy!

This fruit dip recipe is basically a light, healthy version of your favorite strawberry cheesecake.  We’ve got nothing against cheesecake, of course, but this dip is a welcome relief from the wings, burgers, and chili that often come with tailgating. INGREDIENTS:

    • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
    • 3–4 tbsp. honey
    • 8 oz. fresh or frozen and defrosted strawberries
    • 8 oz. light cream cheese, softened
    • Fresh chopped and whole fruit pieces for dipping

     INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Add the yogurt, honey, and strawberries to your Blendtec blender. Blend until smooth.
    2. Add the cream cheese and blend until well-combined.
    3. Taste the dip to see if you’d like it sweeter; add more honey as needed.
    4. Transfer the dip to a medium bowl and chill for about 30 minutes.
    5. Serve with your favorite fruits, and enjoy!

     INGREDIENTS:

      • 3/4 cup chilled coconut milk
      • 1/4 cup almond butter
      • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

       INSTRUCTIONS:

      1. Using a spoon, scoop the solid “coconut cream” that has separated to the top of the chilled coconut milk. Add the coconut cream and a spoonful of coconut milk to your Blendtec blender.

              INGREDIENTS:

            • 1 cup cashews
            • 1–2 tbsp. maple syrup, honey, or your favorite sweetener
            • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
            • 3/4 cup water
            • 1 small orange, peeled (optional)

            INSTRUCTIONS:

              1. Add the cashews, sweetener, vanilla, water, and orange to your Blendtec blender.
              2. Blend until smooth. If the mixture looks too dry, add a splash of water.

              • 7 oz. marshmallow cream
              • Fresh chopped and whole fruit pieces for dipping

              INSTRUCTIONS:

              1. Add the cream cheese and marshmallow cream to your Blendtec blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
              2. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator, if desired.
              3. Enjoy with your favorite fresh whole and chopped fruits.

              This fruit dip recipe packs a big punch of tropical flavor. Fresh lime juice and coconut cream will transport you to your last beachside vacation—but you’d never want to go on vacation during football season, right?                INGREDIENTS:

              • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
              • 15 oz. cream of coconut
              • 2 tbsp. lime juice
              • 7 oz. marshmallow cream
              • 8 oz. Cool Whip
              • Fresh chopped and whole fruit pieces for dipping

              INSTRUCTIONS:

              1. Add the cream cheese into your Blendtec blender and blend until soft and smooth. Add in the cream of coconut a little bit at a time, making sure it’s fully combined with the cream cheese.
              2. Add the lime juice and marshmallow cream and blend to combine.
              3. Add the mixture to a medium bowl and gently fold in the Cool Whip.
              4. Chill in your refrigerator for about an hour to allow the dip to thicken. If desired, garnish with shredded coconut and lime wedges.
              5. Serve with your favorite fresh fruit, such as pineapple, watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, or strawberries.

               

               Triple Berry Fruit Dip

               INGREDIENTS:

              • 8 oz. cream cheese
              • 8 oz. raspberry Greek yogurt
              • 6 large strawberries
              • 1/2 cup blueberries
              • 1–2 tbsp. lemon juice
              • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
              • Fresh chopped and whole fruit pieces for dipping

              INSTRUCTIONS:

              1. Add all of the ingredients to your Blendtec blender and blend until smooth and creamy, about 30–40 seconds.
              2. Pour the dip into a medium bowl and chill in your refrigerator.
              3. Serve with your favorite fresh fruit, such as melon, pineapple, or grapes.
