Return Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee
Producing high-quality, durable, and innovative products is our goal at Blendtec. With that in mind each product is tested and inspected before it leaves our facilities. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product purchased on Blendtec.com, you may return it within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price. It is highly recommended that the returning item(s) be insured.

Customer Satisfaction Returns
Any item purchased on Blendtec.com that is returned within 30 days of purchase is subject to inspection prior to a refund or credit being given. Shipping fees are non-refundable and in some cases a usage or restocking fee may apply. If a return is near the end of the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period, we ask that you please call a customer service representative so we can document what product is being returned. No refunds will be given after 30 days.

A copy of the proof of purchase, your name, address, and all items included with the original purchase must be included with the product being returned. Mail to:

U.S. Warranty Service
For repair service call 1-800-748-5400 from 8am-5:30pm Mountain Time, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) to speak with a customer service representative. For all warranty repairs, a customer service representative needs to verify warranty coverage before a product is returned. The warranty status of your product will be reviewed and your options will be explained. Many problems can be resolved by troubleshooting over the phone, but if repairs are necessary you will be given an authorization and instructions on how to return the product.

International Warranty Service
Products intended for sale in the United States are covered by U.S. warranty and repair policies and procedures. Products used or sold outside the United States are subject to the applicable international warranty and service procedures. For specific warranty and repair information please consult the international owner’s manual that came with your product.
