- 4 cups pineapple chunks
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. lemon zest
- 2 tbsp. shredded coconut
- 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
- Add ingredients in order listed to Fourside or WildSide+ jar and secure lid. Select "Soup" or "Hot" or "90" cycle or blend on a High speed for 90 seconds.

Or why not use chilled ingredients and serve immediately?
Would this work with sparkling water to eliminate the alcohol and cut down on sugar?
Where would I find sparkling pineapple or citrus juice? It seems I’ve only seen sparkling apple juice, or maybe grape also.

Does the carbonation remain after blending? I’d be tempted to do the recipe with one cup of the liquid reserved for the end so that it is actually sparkling when consumed.
