Pour orange juice into 8 compartments of standard ice cube tray; freeze until orange juice is solid.
Add frozen orange juice cubes, champagne, and sherbet to WildSide jar in order listed. Secure lid and allow champagne bubbles to settle. Select "Ice Crush." Pour into chilled champagne flutes, and garnish with orange zest.
For a nonalcoholic version, replace the champagne with sparkling white grape juice.
