Preheat oven to 400°F.
Add rolled oats and buttermilk to the WildSide jar and let stand for 5 minutes. Add egg; brown sugar, applesauce, or orange juice concentrate; and oil. Secure lid and select “Batter.”
Add remaining ingredients to jar and secure lid. Press “Pulse” 4–6 times or until dry ingredients are barely incorporated; do not overblend.
Spoon into 12 greased muffin tins. Bake for 14–15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Makes 1 dozen muffins.
