Add graham crackers, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter to Mix n Blend II blender jar and secure lid. Press "Pulse" 16–20 times, until mixture is ground to fine crumbs. Press into bottom of 8- or 10-inch springform pan. Chill until firm.
Add cream cheese, lemon juice, whipping cream, and granulated sugar to clean jar. Secure lid and select "Batter." Pour into chilled crust, and top with pie filling.
Chill several hours or overnight. Just before serving, remove sides of springform pan.
