This steamed milk recipe is a great way to enjoy a hot drink, that is also very versatile. This recipe calls for hazelnuts or hazelnut syrup, but you can substitute that with many different flavors. Not a hazelnut fan? Try an orange syrup, or raspberry. There’s even pumpkin pie, coconut, and toasted marshmallow syrups available; all of which sound amazing. 2 cups low-fat milk (or your choice of milk)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1½ tbsp hazelnuts, or 1 tsp hazelnut syrup
1 tbsp brown sugar, (or your choice of sweetener)
Add ingredients to jar in order listed and secure lid. Select “Soups” and blend for two full cycles, or blend on a high speed for 180 seconds.
