A lot of our readers and customers ask which foods to pair with our unique dressings to really bring out their delicious flavors. To answer this question, we decided to draw on the talent of our employees to create some wonderful salads in a jar for you to enjoy. How many of you have ever tried salad in jar? I haven’t…yet, but I love the idea! For my first foray into salads in a jar, I’m looking forward to trying out the recipes below, which feature Strawberry-Ginger Dressing, Raspberry Vinaigrette, and Bloody Mary Dressing. You can easily make these dressings in your Blendtec blender. Then pour some of the dressing into a canning jar, followed by the suggested salad ingredients below. To keep the leafy greens crisp, add them last, so they don’t touch the dressing. Fasten the lid tightly on the jar, and your salad will stay fresh for several days. Healthy eating really can be that simple!
