Last month, in Healing Foods, Part 1 I highlighted the healing attributes of almonds, blueberries, flaxseed, honey, and turmeric. As I researched what other foods can heal our bodies, I was surprised to learn about the benefits of the following common and not-so-common foods. Not sure how to use hemp seeds? Try making hemp milk in your blender.
