At Blendtec we continually strive to provide our customers with the best products possible and with outstanding customer service. We’ve made changes over the years to better accomplish these goals. One example is our product warranties. In 2011, we increased the warranty on our home-use blenders to 7 years. Impressive, right? The warranty covers the motor base as well as the jar (if purchased with the blender; jars purchased à la carte carry a 3-year warranty). If you have any issues with your blender or jar, please call Blendtec’s customer service department at 800-748-5400 and we will be happy to help you. Please note that you will need three things:
- The blender’s serial number (located on the bottom of the motor base)
- The number located on the underside of the jar
- The jar’s highest ounce marking
Please have your blender with you when you call. During the call, we will troubleshoot with you to determine the exact nature of the issue. If the problem is with the jar and it’s under warranty, we will ship you a new jar for free—you won’t even pay for shipping. If the problem is with the motor base, we will provide options for repairing the blender or sending a refurbished blender as a replacement. Again, we’ll pay the shipping costs.
