About Greg Prososki
I am the Corporate Chef at Blendtec, and I run the employee cafeteria—also known as the Blendtec Bistro. I also help design blender recipes and add those to our cookbooks. When I'm not in the kitchen, I get to impress other chefs with our machines at trade shows.
I've been a Chef for 25 years, and an active member of the American Culinary Federation Since 1988. I am a former chapter president and have helped to mentor others in this wonderful profession.
Outside of work, I like to ride road bicycles and coach high school lacrosse.
