February is a very busy month. There’s National Crêpe Day and Valentine’s Day, and as an extension of the Valentine’s theme, February is Heart Health Month. February also happens to be National Hot Breakfast Month, which I’m really excited about because breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. There are so many delicious foods to eat for breakfast, and I also enjoy eating them for lunch and dinner.

But the great breakfast foods aren’t the only reason I look forward to breakfast. The old saying is true: Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day, giving you the energy you need to start the day off well. Breakfast also gives your brain a boost throughout the day and helps you to not overeat at lunch.

Here are some great hot breakfast recipes you can make in your Blendtec blender.

These wholesome pancakes, also known as pioneer pancakes, are perfectly paired with peach butter and Blendtec’s Raspberry-Maple Syrup.

About

Hi! I'm Blendtec's SEO/Social Media Specialist, and have worked here for about 6 months. Even though it's been just a short time, I'm no stranger to the world of blogging and I've learned to love the company I work for.

When I'm not blogging or experimenting with new blender recipes, I'm spending time with my husband. We love to camp, hike, play sports and fish (I read while he fishes). We also enjoy spending time with both of our families since we live so close to them.
