In a recipe that is called Maple Butternut Squash Soup shouldn’t there be some maple in it? Just asking to make sure there isn’t a mistake.

The recipe does call for a 1/4 cup of pure maple syrup. It’s not much, but that is what gives it the maple flavor.
I was going off the link from the email. Oops, this recipe is correct.
